For a private bank, we generated targeted customer engagements that were 38× higher and 25× cheaper than programmatic targeting.

Challenge

The client wanted to use their marketing budget more efficiently by communicating directly with their target audience and avoiding wasted reach.

Approach

We created customised messages for identified target customers. Twitter targeting resulted in an engagement rate of 1.91%, and cost per engagement of £0.53. The same content was simultaneously tested against Agora programmatic ads using Experience Financial Strategy Segments for the targeting. This resulted in a far less successful engagement rate of 0.05%, and cost per engagement of £13.28.
