We increased customer loyalty for a major restaurant chain.
Challenge
To maintain customer loyalty, it’s imperative for a brand to remain relevant to its customers. As well as wanting to attract new customers, the client – a major UK restaurant chain – wanted to increase the frequency of customers visiting their branch by inspiring stronger customer loyalty.
Approach
We improved their customers’ in-store experience by identifying how people thought about the brand as opposed to their competitors, and advising them on how to capitalise on this.
Result
We increased customer loyalty for a major restaurant chain.
